What is the Senahasa Trust?
Senahasa Trust is a small charity determined to make a real difference
at community level in Sri Lanka. Although only registered as a UK Charity
in 2005, we have been carrying out charitable projects in Sri Lanka for
over 10 years. Following the Tsunami on 26 December 2004, our work in
Sri Lanka has been stepped up significantly.
Where is our focus?
Our focus is on the Galle District and the Hambantota District in SW
Sri Lanka. In particular, we are carrying out major projects in Unawatuna,
Ahangama and in many fishing villages in the Hambantota and Tangalle areas.
We are also involved in some non-Tsunami projects in the Amparai Distric
in SE Sri Lanka.
